Bottles are a must have item for Summer season and carrying them in hand can be quite a hassle. The bottle bag comes to a perfect use at this time. I have already uploaded a bottle bag tutorial with two slip pockets. One on the inside and one outside. This bottle bag is a it different from that one as it is wider than that and has a slip pocket along with a zipper pocket. The pocket is also waterproofed from inside so it keep the items in pocket safe from any water leakage that might occur from the bottes.
The Following Materials along with their dimension have been used to make the bottle bag:
- 5cm x 12.5cm (2 fabric)
- 12.5cm x 25.5 cm (2 fabric)
- 12.5cm x 35.2cm (1 main fabric + 1 waterproof fabric)
- 16.5cm x 33cm (2 fabric for side panels)
- 5cm x 7cm (2 fabric)
- 2 D-rings
- 1 lining fabric cut to pattern
- 1 Adjustable and removeable strap
I have used lightweight or dotted interfacing for all my canvas fabric pieces.
